Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or in person.
Please arrive on time; delays of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling.
A consultation fee may be applicable and adjusted toward treatment cost, depending on clinic policy.
Kiara Clinic reserves the right to reschedule or refuse service due to medical unsuitability, safety reasons, or non-compliance with policies.

Payments for services, packages, or products must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Kiara Clinic accepts multiple payment modes, including UPI, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers.
All prices listed are subject to applicable taxes.
Once services are rendered or packages are activated, refunds are not applicable as per our Refund Policy.

Prepaid packages are valid for a specific duration from the date of purchase (as mentioned in your receipt).
Expired packages cannot be redeemed, refunded, or extended unless approved by management.
Packages are non-transferable unless specifically allowed by Kiara Clinic.

Appointments may be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited.
