However, as medical and aesthetic procedures require time, expertise, and resources, our Refund & Cancellation Policy ensures fairness and transparency for both our patients and our team.
🔹 General Policy
Once a service has been rendered or a session has started, refunds are not applicable.
This is because treatments, equipment, and staff time are reserved and prepared specifically for your appointment.
We appreciate your understanding that every individual’s skin and body respond differently to treatment, and results may vary.
Hence, refunds cannot be provided for variations in outcome or effectiveness.
🔹 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
Change of mind or personal circumstances (e.g., relocation, finding a lower-priced option elsewhere).
Discontinuing treatment after sessions have begun.
Results not meeting personal expectations.
Delays, advice received, or perceived lack of effectiveness.
Expired prepaid packages.
Offers or promotional packages once purchased.
🔹 Package Validity
Prepaid packages are valid as follows:
3–6 sessions: Valid for 12 months from purchase date.
7–10 sessions: Valid for 18 months from purchase date.
Once the package validity period has expired, unused sessions cannot be refunded or exchanged.
🔹 Holding Service Fees
If you need to temporarily postpone your treatment due to:
Pregnancy
Medical reasons or surgery
Exams or work commitments
Emergency travel
You may request to hold your remaining sessions for up to 12 months from the payment date.
Please contact our clinic in advance to discuss and confirm your request.
🔹 Exceptions & Alternatives
In special cases, Kiara Clinic may offer one of the following options (subject to management approval):
Rescheduling or adjusting your treatment plan.
Transferring unused package value to another service or individual.
Offering consultation support to guide you toward suitable alternatives.
🔹 Service Cancellations
A full refund (minus applicable taxes) will be processed only if Kiara Clinic is unable to provide the service you have purchased due to unforeseen circumstances.
